This famous beginners Hot Yoga 26-pose series was brought to the US by Bikram Choudhury in the 70's and later to Louisville by Betsy Jones in the 90's. It's practiced by all levels of students as it provides everything you need in a workout/yoga class. The hot room induces sweat for ease of joints, protection and elasticity of muscles, flexibilty, weight loss, detoxification as well as a high level of success for the student. Change your body, change your life with this class!

The important thing to know about this class is that no instruction is offered and therefore not as beginner-friendly as the famous BIKRAM YOGA class.  It is led by a teacher in a "follow the leader" format and is accompanied by music. This class is the exact same sequence as the famous BIKRAM YOGA class with some poses grouped together to provide a shorter class with a more aerobic feel. Not recommended for first-time students, although beginners are never turned away!
