Bikram Yoga
The fundamental Bikram beginning yoga class. Twenty-six classic Bikram asanas performed in their traditional and proven sequence for total body strengthening. This “original hot yoga” class is known for sports injury prevention and joint rehabilitation.
Bikram Silent
The fundamental Bikram beginning yoga class taught in a “follow the leader” format. This class is guided by an instructor with cues to begin and end each asana. Music is played to invoke a sense of ease or meditation, while the class relies on group energy for a truly deep, but no pressure, experience! Please do not attend the Bikram Silent class until you have completed 5 regular Bikram classes.
Bikram Teacher Led
The fundamental Bikram beginning yoga class taught in a “follow the leader” format. This class is guided by an instructor with the full dialog for each asana. This class is open to all students.
Hot Fusion
Based on the Bikram beginning yoga class, this class blends Bikram asanas in a vinyasa, or “flow class” style. Terry’s popular music highlights the background of this faster paced class. Students find this class to be a delightfully fun, but vigorous workout!
Power Vinyasa
Let your mind surrender to the movement of the body with a meditative, flowing practice. This class continues to increase in popularity at Betsy's Hot Yoga because it truly challenges your muscles and stamina while encouraging the “mind-body connection”. Grounded in the ashtanga lineage, sun salutations are combined with breath-directed movement and held asanas. Styles will vary with each instructor. More information.
Yoga Core
A fusion of pilates and yoga! Core exercises and yoga standing asanas set to the background of music makes this 60- minute class fly by! Strengthen your core, back, sculpt and tone the arms and legs. Taken right from the famous Exhale Spa’s own menu, this class provides a complete integration of yoga and pilates for a fantastic workout!
