Bikram Yoga
The fundamental Bikram beginning yoga class.
Bikram Silent
A Bikram class with or without music (see schedule) taught in a "follow the leader" format. Please, no first timers.
Bikram Advanced
This 2 hour class explores the Bikram series from the beginning through the most advanced asanas, including arm balances and inversions. This class is intended for advanced students.
Hot Fusion
This class blends Bikram asanas in a vinyasa set to great music for a vigorous but fun workout.
Vinyasa
A flowing practice that moves the body with the breath giving rhythm, strength and meditation. Styles will vary with each instructor.
Yin Yoga
An inwardly focused intense stretching series utilizing long-held poses to detox the liver, kidneys and other organs. Experience the bliss!
Yoga Core
Yoga poses with an emphasis on the core. Strengthen your core & back, open your hips & hamstrings, sculpt & tone the arms & legs.
